How do I decide what fields show or don't show on my invoices?

When generating an invoice you can decide which fields you'd like to appear using the steps below:

  1. Go onto "My Settings"
  2. Click on the "Invoice tab"
  3. Scroll down to the "Invoice format" header and in the right hand column you and check/uncheck what you'd like to include in your invoice out of:
    • Client name & address
    • Date of birth
    • Hospital #
    • NHS #
  4. Click the green save button in the bottom left hand corner
