How to take a print screen

There are several different ways that you can take a print screen. We at WriteUpp use CloudApp which you download onto your Mac/PC which lets you take screenshots, recordings and make GIFs. 

Once you've installed cloud app just click on the cloud logo and select the camera. Then all you need to do is click and drag the area you'd like to screenshot you can then download the image and attach it your support ticket or send us a link to the image. 

Alternatively, if you're on Windows you should have Snipping Tool already installed on your computer. Simply open this and click new and select the area of the screen you'd like to take an image. You can copy and paste this image into a support ticket. 

If you have an extended keyboard you should have the PrtScn button which you can use. Just press the button and paste into a support ticket.
