Can I book an Appointment in non-available time?

In the Diary, you can only directly book into available time that appears shaded white in the Diary, which is determined by your Working Hours. If you want an Appointment to appear in non-available time however (i.e. over a Break or Visible-only Hours), you can do one of the following steps:

  1. Manually alter the time/date of the Appointment to appear in non-available time
  2. Drag and drop the appointment into non-available time using the grey appointment header
  3. Extend the appointment into non-available time using the appointment extender
