How do I create a Task?

To create a new task:

  1. Click on Create -> Task
  2. You will be taken to the New Task Page:

  3. Enter the Task Subject in the "What?" field (max. 75 characters)
  4. Select the date the task is due from the "When?" field. This will default to today's date. Clicking in the field will bring up the calendar
  5. Select the Clinician who is responsible for the Task from the "Who? drop-down list
  6. Enter any additional detail in the "Comments"
  7. If your task is non client-related uncheck "Task relates to Active Client" or use the 'Switch' Function  to change active client
  8. Once this is complete, click "Save"
