How do I add an Appointment Status?

To add a new Appointment Status:

  1. Go to Settings -> Scheduling and expand scroll down and open the Appointment Statuses section at the bottom of the page
  2. Click the "Create New Appointment Status" button
  3. Give the Appointment Status a name
  4. Select a colour from the drop down
  5. State if this is the Default status (the default status given when Appointments are booked) - there can only be one default status
  6. State if it means the patient is attending
  7. State if it is an end status i.e. Complete or Not Attending
  8. Click Save at the bottom of the article
