The availability that patients see in Online Booking is determined by the free time you have in your Diary.
If you have any existing Patient or Non-Patient Appointments in a certain slot, Patients cannot book into it.
This is intended to prevent double-bookings. If you do wish to double book patients, you can do this manually by scheduling or dragging them in your Diary.
