How do I change my direct debit details on GoCardless?

Below are the steps you need to take:

  1. Login to your GoCardless account - you will have set this up when we originally created your direct debit and you gave us authorisation - go to: and your username is your email address
  2. If you have forgotten your login details you can reset them from the login screen
  3. Once you have logged in go to Customer->Settings and then add a new bank account
