Below are the steps you need to take:
- Login to your GoCardless account - you will have set this up when we originally created your direct debit and you gave us authorisation - go to: https://gocardless.com/ and your username is your email address
- If you have forgotten your login details you can reset them from the login screen
- Once you have logged in go to Customer->Settings and then add a new bank account
