How do I set up an email template for notes?

To set up an email template for notes follow the instructions below:

  1. Firstly create a note by clicking on the Create button and then select Note
  2. Add your note content and select to Save And Continue
  3. To email the note click on the email icon at the bottom right of the page
  4. Then click on the Manage Email Templates For Notes link highlighted below



  5. Select the + Add Template button



  6. Enter your template details and select Save Template



  7. You will now be able to use the template when emailing notes by selecting the template dropdown when creating a note
