I'm having problems logging into the mobile app, Help!

We're sorry you're having problems logging into the app. Here are a few things to check:

  1. Are you able to login to your desktop instance of WriteUpp?
  2. If so, are you using the same credentials to log into the app?
  3. Are you using the latest version of the app? If not, please update it or alternatively uninstall it and re-install it from your preferred app store
  4. If you have changed your registered email address in Settings->Users this is now your username and you should use this to login to the app
  5. Do you have more than one WriteUpp account?
