I can't login to my support ticket

Here at WriteUpp we use Zendesk to manage our Help Desk. Zendesk is a completely separate product to WriteUpp and as a result you CANNOT login to see the details of your Help Desk tickets using your WriteUpp credentials.

Why do we do this?

To maintain the security of your WriteUpp account we cannot share your password details with any third-parties, this includes our Help Desk provider, Zendesk.

When you log a ticket with us your email address (that you used when you logged the ticket) is automatically registered with Zendesk but to keep things simple we don't provide you with a password to the Help Desk.

Most users are happy to see updates to their tickets via email but if you want to see the full detail of your ticket and/or your ticket history you will need a password.

To receive your password click on the Ticket ID in the email and you will be taken to a screen that looks like the one below.

To login all you need to do is click on "Forgotten my password" and enter your email address. You will then be sent your password for our Help Desk.

You can then use this login and see any/all of the tickets that you have logged with us.

NOTE:

Please do not use any of the Twitter/Facebook/G+ login options as these accounts are not linked to your ticket
