How do I switch from PayPal to Direct Debit?

If you are an existing subscriber and you no longer wish to switch from PayPal to payment by Direct Debit the process is as follows:

  1. Email and just tell us that you would like to switch.
  2. Complete the electronic direct debit form that we'll send to you. It will come from GoCardless, our DD provider. If you haven't received it within a few hours of sending your request please check your spam filter.
  3. As soon as we have received your authorisation (for the DD) we will update your payment details in WriteUpp and you will be good to go.
  4. At the same time we will take care of cancelling your PayPal authorisation. You should receive an email from PayPal confirming this
