How do I specify a offset period for Online Booking?

By this we mean the period between now and when you are prepared to accept Online Bookings. We provide this feature because you may not want clients booking into your diary for the next available slot if that is say 30 mins from now.

Most people want some amount of warning if a client is going to book in so we provide an offset mechanism in the Admin Area of Online Booking. To specify an offset:

  1. Login to the Online Booking Admin Area
  2. Click on Settings either in the menu bar at the top or from the quick navigation block at the bottom of the page



  3. When you're on the Settings page scroll down the page to the "Offset for Bookings" setting, shown below:



  4. You have the option to set of offset to 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours, the next day, 2 days, 3 days or next week. Once you have selected an option, click "Save & Publish".
