How do I send a confirmation or reminder manually?

To send a confirmation or reminder manually:

  1. Go to Settings->Organisation and scroll down to the Confirmations & Reminders section
  2. Open the template for email confirmations and copy the text
  3. Go to +Create->Message and select Email
  4. Click on Manage Templates
  5. Create a new template pasting in the text that you previously copied and give it a name like "Manual Reminder"
  6. Save the template, go back to messages and select Manual Reminder
  7. Click Send

Repeat the same process for:

  • SMS Confirmations
  • Email Reminders
  • SMS Reminders

Once you have set up these manual templates you will only need to complete Steps 6 & 7 in the future.
