To send a confirmation or reminder manually:
- Go to Settings->Organisation and scroll down to the Confirmations & Reminders section
- Open the template for email confirmations and copy the text
- Go to +Create->Message and select Email
- Click on Manage Templates
- Create a new template pasting in the text that you previously copied and give it a name like "Manual Reminder"
- Save the template, go back to messages and select Manual Reminder
- Click Send
Repeat the same process for:
- SMS Confirmations
- Email Reminders
- SMS Reminders
Once you have set up these manual templates you will only need to complete Steps 6 & 7 in the future.
