How do I create my own fields in the patient summary?

In WriteUpp you can add your own text fields to the Patient Summary, shown below:

To add these customised fields click on the menu top left, highlighted below:

then Click on Fields

To add a field click on Add. Alternatively to delete or change a field click on Edit.
