How do I block out admin time after online booking appointments?

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to have a 15-minute admin slot automatically booked into your diary following on from an online booking being made, however, there is a workaround. 

Contrary to popular belief, the appointment duration isn't shown in online booking, only the appointment start date. Therefore, you can create an appointment type called, for example, "45 Minute Initial Appointment" and set the appointment duration as 60 minutes (the appointment duration + the 15 minutes of admin time). Then it is clear to your client the amount of time they'll expect to spend with you.
