How do I specify which appointment types are available in Online Booking?

To specify which appointment types are available in online booking, follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to Settings, click More and select Add-Ons from the drop-down
  2. Click Configure next to Online Booking
  3. From the Online Booking dashboard click Treatments 
  4. Click on the appointment type you'd like to make visible
  5. The display name must be a maximum of 50 characters and there must be an appointment description entered
  6. Switch the toggle under Treatment Visibility called Is treatment visible? to green, if you'd like the appointment type to be visible
  7. Click the orange Save & publish button at the bottom of the page
