This mini WriteUpp release adds a new section to the main menu and addresses some background changes which lay the groundwork for some new features coming your way in the near future! Here's what we've been up to:
New 'Settings & Add Ons' area
We've introduced a new section within the main menu to pull together the various integrations and add-ons you can use with WriteUpp. It can be accessed by going to the Main Menu -> Integrations & Add Ons:
Within here, you'll be able to browse the integrations and add ons available to you and either add them to your subscription or configure them:
This change paves the way ahead for us in terms of integrations, with the hope that it makes adding integrations easier for us, and provides you with more visibility on the options available. Watch this space 😃
New Chat Engine
Over the next few weeks, we'll be launching a new chat engine designed to improve the support we provide you with. Not only will this include a brand new help centre covering all things WriteUpp, we'll be expanding the chat service we currently provide to include an option to reach us directly from within your WriteUpp site.
Live chat is by far the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with Team WriteUpp, so what could be better than chatting with one of us while you navigate around your site? No need to open up a new tab in your browser or your emails, we'll be right there for you!
You'll start to notice the new help centre links from within WriteUpp, while we build up to rolling out the new chat window on www.writeupp.com (where you can live chat with us already!) and within your desktop WriteUpp site.
